TAKE CARE is a licensed home health agency in the state of Florida.
As a licensed agency, we are held to high standards regarding the care
we provide. As a quality agency, we hold ourselves to an evenhigher
standard of care, and we take pride in knowing that TAKE
CARE has maintained deficiency-free
surveys with the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) 12
years running.
Beginning in 1995, TAKE CARE opened with four employees, and
today we have grown to employ more than 600 health care staff in three
locations, serving areas in and around Sarasota, Venice, and Bradenton.
Since 2000, the Gulf Coast Business Review continues to rank TAKE
CARE as one of the 250 largest companies in Sarasota and Manatee counties.
