BARBARA
E. RENZI, RN Administrator
Barbara joined TAKE CARE in 1999, as Clinical Director for the Sarasota office. In 2003, she was promoted to the position of Administrator. As Administrator, Barbara is responsible for the day-to-day administration of both the Sarasota and Venice offices. She coordinates all client care services, thus maintaining the high professional standards TAKE CARE has come to represent in the community.
Barbara holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from Manatee Community College. She has a background in Medical/Surgical nursing as well as in Hospice/Palliative care.
TERESA R. KAUFMAN, RN, BSN Clinical Director
Since 2002, Teresa has held the position of Clinical Director
for the Venice Office. She has a background that includes 25 years of clinical and managerial experience in nursing ranging from acute care to home care. Teresa was a charge nurse at Venice Hospital for 14 years on various medical/surgical/oncology units. She has her certification in PICC Lines and Oncology Nursing.

ALLISON R. HILDRETH, RN, BS Clinical Director, Bradenton
Allison holds the position of Clinical Director for the Bradenton office, after
having served as Clinical Supervisor since 2000. She previously worked in home
health care, community health care, rehabilitation nursing, and sub-acute care
for the elderly.
Allison graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science degree.
BONTI M. BURGESS, BA Controller
Bonti joined Take Care as Operations Manager in 1999.
She is the architect of Take Care's current computer network. Bonti leads
and trains Take Care's financial team, along with running computer operations.
She centralized Take Care's information systems, achieving an efficient
and secure means of communication. She has 16 years experience in accounting,
financial, and corporate insurance management.
Bonti holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California at Davis.
MICHELE MARTIN Human Resources Manager
Michelle joined Take Care in September 2004, as the Operations Assistant. In August 2005, she was promoted to Human Resources Manager. As HR Manager, Michelle is responsible for monitoring the hiring process so that each of these employees meets Take Care's high standards for providing quality care.
Michelle is responsible for implementing and overseeing programs from benefits to training, in order to achieve the best possible work environment for our employees and to continuously educate our staff.
