Florida Chapter of Florida Geriatric Care Managers Association
Susanne S. Wise, RN, MBA is a member of FGCMA, a not-for-profit organization of practitioners whose goal is to advance the dignified care for Florida seniors, the elderly, and their families. FGCMA is dedicated to promoting the professional field of geriatric care management by training, assisting, regulating, educating, and supporting qualified care managers who provide a full range of services to aging individuals, their families, and caregivers.
Home Healthcare Nurses Association
Susanne S. Wise, RN, MBA, Executive Administrator, owner, and entrepreneur of TAKE CARE, has been a charter member of the Home Healthcare Nurses Association since 1997. The Home Healthcare Nurses Association (HHNA) is a national professional nursing organization of members involved in home health care practice, education, administration and research.
Manatee Aging Network (MAN)
Take Care is listed in the Manatee Aging Network, which is a voluntary coalition of persons representing both profit- and not-for-profit health, human and social services organizations and other persons concerned with aging issues. Its purpose is to identify services in the Manatee County area and share that information; to provide information and referral; to analyze unmet needs and advocate for solutions; and to increase public awareness of elderly services in this area.

National Private Duty Association (NPDA)

Susanne S. Wise, RN, MBA is a member of The National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers, Inc. The association exists to advance professional geriatric care management through education, collaboration, and leadership.

Take Care Private Duty Home Health Care and Take Care Advisor are members of the The Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, a dynamic group of 2,300 member companies and organizations that recognize the value of working together.
