Take Care Private Duty Home Health Care is accepting applications for a full-time Front Desk Coordinator in the Take Care of Sarasota corporate office. The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for answering and directing phone calls and greeting visitors in a pleasant and positive manner. Customer service is a top priority and critical to this position. The Front Desk Coordinator also assists in a variety of administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Multi-line phone experience
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in both oral and written form
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  • Ability to hear well and speak clearly
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment including, but not limited to, IP phones, computers, calculators, etc.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Prior experience in a professional office environment
