We currently are looking for a Scheduler I. The Take Care Scheduling team is a group of unique individuals who understand that the heart of our business is the appropriate matching of caregivers (based on skill, personality, attributes, and requirements) to our clients. This position requires that you have a flexible schedule, be available to work extended hours. On call is part of this position, meaning after-hours and weekend time.

Position Description
The Scheduler I is responsible for maintaining customer service relations with caregivers and appropriately organizing and tracking and coordinating caregivers’ schedules. Take Care uses software to track and maintain client schedules. Through this electronic system, Take Care’s Schedulers accurately and efficiently schedule caregivers to clients, matching them for compatibility and skill. This position requires a customer-service oriented attitude with utmost professionalism, organization, and communication and proficient computer skills.
