  • ALS Association The ALS Association is the only national not-for-profit health organization dedicated solely to the fight against Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), commonly referred to as Lou Gehrig’s disease. ALSA covers all the bases—research, patient and community services, public education, and advocacy—providing help and hope to those facing the disease.
  • Alzheimer’s Association The Alzheimer’s Association is the world leader in Alzheimer research and support, dedicated to finding preventions, treatments, and eventually a cure for Alzheimer dementia.
