At Take Care we have a team of experienced long term home health care insurance personnel exclusively dedicated to reviewing your insurance coverage and coordinating your claim. Most Long Term Care Insurance policies provide coverage for private duty home health “Personal Care Services” and some provide coverage for “Homemaking Services.”

Take Care takes great pride in helping you, our clients, understand your policy benefits. We work individually with clients to customize their care, maximizing the policy benefits and limiting the clients’ out of pocket expenses. Our insurance team has developed long-standing relationships with many local physicians, insurance companies, and their case managers to help clients’ claim processes go smoothly.

Once you sign an Assignment of Benefits authorizing Take Care to contact your insurance company on your behalf, our insurance team will verify your benefit coverage and submit the claim forms for you. If requested, our Client Insurance Coordinator will make a visit to your home to explain your coverage at no cost to you. All services not part of the insurance policy coverage are the obligation of the client.

Some policies are reimbursement polices, while others pay Take Care directly for the services provided. There are policies that require an elimination period and yet there are others that are Medicare supplement policies.
