TAKE CARE's most valuable asset is its people. Carefully screened, we require
a 5-year background check and a 7-year driver's license check for
each employee. TAKE CARE also is a Drug Free Workplace.
Our employees
undergo a comprehensive orientation program, where client care and
safety are reviewed in detail.
We take pride in our employees. Educational assistance and tuition reimbursement
is provided to encourage each staff member to increase their job-related
skills by enrolling in outside educational opportunities.
Our current Take Care staff continues to be our greatest referral source for
recruiting and hiring superior healthcare professionals in the area.
