What makes Take Care stand out?

  • Customer Service: Our sense of urgency and immediate response to client’s needs and requests for care are all part of our customer service to clients. In addition, caregivers are closely monitored by RN Clinical Supervisors, receive frequent updates/reports from RN Clinical Supervisors prior to going on shift, ensuring a consistency in care.
  • Courtesy Initial Assessment: Our trained, experienced Registered Nurses meet, as a courtesy visit, with potential clients to properly assess the client’s needs and current situation. Our RNs are equipped with the knowledge and first-hand experience to educate and communicate Take Care’s overall message to the potential client, reinforcing our role as a company and our commitment to the community we service.
  • Commitment & Follow Through: Take Care continuously reinforces our commitment to the client through supervisory visits, courtesy calls, frequent visits and immediate responses to any changes in client’s condition or request for care.
  • Reputation: Take Care is a locally owned and nurse operated company. Take Care has an established reputation in the community. Since 1995, Take Care has provided the highest quality of care throughout the communities we serve.
  • Standards: With various employee programs, we ensure that Take Care’s strict standards of performance for our caregivers and staff are clearly outlined. This directly translates to upholding the strict standards in providing the care Take Care clients deserve and sign up for.

Home Health Care Specialists: Training & Education

  • Clinical Supervisors: Take Care’s RN Clinical Supervisors oversee and manage client’s private duty care. Each nurse has completed 3 to 6 months of extended training and independently have worked in the nursing field for at least 10 years prior to joining Take Care. Their expertise, experience, and longevity support our mission in providing the best in care. The RNCSs perform supervisory visits with clients every 60 days and act as the liaison for caregivers, residents, and family members.
  • Properly Trained Caregivers: Caregivers of all levels (RN, LPN, CNA, HHA, and Companion) undergo more than 8 hours of orientation when hired. In addition, all newly hired caregivers are required to have background checks, fingerprinting, and drug testing. They receive additional training and support through our On-Boarding and Mentoring Programs. This collectively ensures a higher quality of caregiving staff.
  • Insurance Coordination: Our on-site insurance coordinator assists clients should they be eligible for Medicare, Veteran’s benefits, or in the utilization of their long-term care insurance policies. Our insurance coordinator files all claims for our clients, and is equipped with the knowledge and tools to educate clients on their policies and benefits.
