Each client can decide how much, or how little, care they would like to utilize, knowing the Take Care team is available to provide comprehensive services should they ever need or desire additional support.

We feel grateful that many clients trust and engage our team for a number of years, throughout a variety of circumstances. In fact, Take Care Private Duty Home Health Care has some clients who have received care for more than 10 years. Take Care can assist with skilled nursing services including medication management, personal care such as activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, or meal preparation, transportation to medical appointments and outings, and light housekeeping. Sometimes, especially for those who are homebound, the most important “service” we provide is that of socialization. Companionship can also be an important aspect of aging in place – wherever that “place” may be for you or your loved ones.
