Take Care Collaborates with Estate Planning Professionals
The Take Care team appreciated the opportunity to connect with members of the Southwest Florida Estate Planning Council on February 21st during a program at Michael’s On East in Sarasota.
Our CEO and Owner Susanne Wise, RN, MBA, President Courtney Wise Snyder, MSG, CMC, and Vice President Erika Wise Borland, MA, joined the membership of financial advisors, estate planning attorneys, CPAs and trust officers to share an update about what makes Take Care different as we serve our clients, perhaps their clients as well.
Throughout the evening, we had the opportunity to explain how personalized services through Take Care Private Duty Home Health Care and Take Care Advisor are catered to each client’s individual needs, preferences and changing circumstances over time. Like each of the professional advisors in attendance last night, we want the best for our clients and their families. (Our top priority is ensuring everyone receives the best in care.)
While Southwest Florida Estate Planning Council members may help to grow or protect assets, we realize how close individuals often become with their financial advisors, CPAs and attorneys. In many cases, private conversations may include worries about navigating long term care insurance, future declines in health, or other aspects of aging. By knowing whom these professional advisors can refer clients, or their families, to in cases of these concerns, a physical or mental decline, new diagnosis or transitions such as a move to assisted living facility, we hope everyone involved will feel more at ease. Having the assurance another trusted team is caring for a client’s healthcare needs allows professional advisors to stay fully focused on their fiduciary responsibility – while Take Care helps support a client’s health and personal safety at home.
In summary, Take Care caregivers and nurses enable and empower our clients to live life to its fullest within their own home, a planned residence, or any setting. Similar to the specialized services a financial advisor may provide, RN Care Managers from Take Care Advisor serve as medical advocates, available to help prepare, educate, facilitate, coordinate, and navigate all aspects of one’s health.
We are grateful to all professional advisors who have come to trust the Take Care team with a referral when their clients express the interest – or have a direct need – for care.
