Take Care Promotes Wellness at the 2018 Glenridge Health Fair
Take Care was proud to be a part of the 2018 Glenridge Health Fair on Wednesday, September 12th, hosted by the Wellness Committee. Many residents of the Glenridge were in attendance and visited with the Take Care team: Susanne Wise, Courtney Wise Snyder, Erika Wise Borland, Abby Gerrity, Diane Michael, and Melanie Jeffery. At the Take Care table, residents learned about the many benefits of the Take Care Home Health and Take Care Advisor Services. Residents and existing clients alike were delighted to connect with the Take Care team and many were the recipients of one of Take Care’s signature red bags, a handy reminder of how Take Care is available to assist them in meeting their wellness goals.
