
Open Enrollment Update: Take Care's Benefits Package
It's fall and we already celebrated with Fall Kickoff, so that must mean "Open Enrollment Season" is next on the line-up for the Take Care family.
Eligible employees gathered at our Sarasota office on November 2 for a presentation about this year's benefits package, including health, vision, and dental benefits. Local professionals also shared updates about Medicare and Medicare Supplemental Insurance as well as 401(k) investment options.
Take Care's Human Resources Director Brenda Wendlandt, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and her team work closely with Sue, Courtney, and Erika on the coverage options each year. We all understand how vital a comprehensive benefits package can be for employees and their families. Knowing this, and because we truly care about our team, we proudly offer benefits that provide great coverage.
Please know we continue to work diligently to find ways to minimize costs while still offering a strong benefits package that supports your health and well-being. While there isn't much we can do individually or as a company about inflationary costs, we can all do things to help curb future increases to health insurance rates such as preventative screenings and choosing the right level of care for your situation. While we may be driven to take care of others, paying attention to our own health and taking care of ourselves is so important!
